The first Buckingham Bingo club opened in 1970 in the heart of Preston city centre. Since then, a further eight clubs have been added to the family in locations all over the north of England, most notably Manchester where there are currently three Buckingham Bingo clubs. Throughout the course of the company's near-40-year history, each new venue has built upon a long-held reputation for providing regular players and newcomers alike with a welcoming, luxurious bingo experience based on strong community ties.

A number of Buckingham Bingo clubs, including those in Middleton and Bootle, have undergone extensive 'top-to-toe' refurbishments, the latter of which benefiting from a £1.3million upgrade which saw the latest luxury seating, state-of-the-art air-conditioning and hi tech bingo equipment (members can play along using interactive touch screen consoles) added to the set-up.
