Lack of vision doesn't stop bingo fan

Blind player persists in playing
Some people love to play bingo games so much they won't let even the most impractical of disabilities stand in their way.
This applies exactly to one enthusiast who suffered a stroke and found that her vision began to fail as a result. In order to ensure that she could continue to play at her local bingo club, the woman formulated a plan which involved her memorising the positions of the numbers on the score cards.
Blind faith
Incredibly, this isn't the first incident of its kind. The Bingo Supermarket article relates the story of a customer in her 90s losing her sight and still managing to indulge in her favourite game. She essentially could only see numbers taller than an inch, and decided to combat the problem by enlarging her bingo cards to A4 size.
"A member of the staff at the club would type all the numbers of each ticket into a spreadsheet and then each ticket was printed off to one piece of paper," the article claims.
Another story involved a woman who played an entire row of cash bingo boards and slid shutters over the number as they were called – playing an amazing 23 games at once!
Bingo players have long-enjoyed Buckingham's special approach to the game, and our online rounds are even better. So, if you fancy checking out the best bingo website going, log onto our website today and get playing!
