Buckingham Bingo's campaign to raise money for its sponsored charity Breakthrough Breast Cancer is gathering pace as it goes on.

Last month, we revealed details of our Facebook fan page campaign in which members of the social media site can join our fan club, and Buckingham will give �1 to charity for each new face in return.

Well, Buckingham Bingo club fans will be pleased to hear the campaign has now raised �342 through Facebook, and �20,433 in total.

A large part of this amount was raised by Buckingham Bingo staff during our annual Bingo for Breakthrough week. This involved seven days of fundraising events and raises thousands for Breakthrough Breast Cancer each year. Ways in which we've raised funds include cake-baking competitions and even sumo wrestling matches!

Great summer ahead

Buckingham and its sister site Bucky Bingo have put together some great bingo competitions over the summer months. For example, our World Cup Wednesday promotion rewards players with a chance to win a replica England shirt.

This month's Bucky Bingo holiday winner has also recently been announced. Member moosetracks picks up �1,000-worth of holiday vouchers which they can use to take them on the dream holiday of a lifetime.
