Managers get on their bikes for Breakthrough

We're a charitable lot here at Buckingham Bingo, and this is a characteristic which runs from our staff to our players.

Indeed, the entire Buckingham family has got together in recent months to help raise as much money as possible for the wonderful charity Breakthrough Breast Cancer.

The latest venture to increase funds was taken on by a handful of our hard-working staff, who decided to take part in a sponsored bike ride in Lancashire. The general managers from Huyton, Preston, Middleton and Bootle, as well as Bootle's assistant manager, saddled up and pedalled from Starr Gate along Blackpool Promenade and to the Cleveleys. Their work wasn't over yet though, as they then turned around and headed straight back!

Breaking through

The partnership between Breakthrough Breast Cancer and Buckingham Bingo, along with its sister site Bucky Bingo has proved to be massively effective. One way for players to help out is to join the Bucky Bingo Facebook page.

For every 'Like' the page receives, we donate �1 to Breakthrough. We've already raised over �1,200 and figure grows by the day, but it'll only get bigger as long as people keep spreading the word among their friends.
