Spring is in the air at Buckingham Bingo

It's fair to say that most Buckingham Bingo members have got a bit of a spring in their step right now.

That's because, with the last of the Easter eggs being demolished as we speak, we can finally get back down to the business of playing some bingo.

And it's only going to get easier to visit your friendly local Buckingham Bingo club this spring as the days get longer and the temperatures climb.

Bingo games on ice

Of course, many loyal bingo players have found it difficult to get out and about over the last few months.

Britain's worst winter for 30 years, which saw blizzards and snow drifts become an everyday occurrence, took its toll on the gaming community as much as it did everyone else.

Lots of people found it difficult to reach their local bingo clubs and those that did frequently had to leave before the big-money bingo sessions were over for fear of getting stranded miles from home.

April is prime bingo territory

Thankfully, we should be able to put all that behind us now that April is here.

With a bit of luck we can look forward to a long hot summer and endless opportunities to meet up with old friends at the bingo.

But even if we don't get a barbecue summer, it'll still be a whole lot easier to mosey on down as those bitter winter nights become little more than a distant memory.
